These basic terms apply to your use of the Evolution Padel website. They are intended to keep expectations clear while the club, booking flow, and launch tooling are still being built out.

Using the site

You may browse the site, read the content, and contact the team for lawful personal or business purposes connected to Evolution Padel. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access anything you are not meant to access.

Pre-launch information

This is a pre-launch website. Venue details, facilities, imagery, launch timing, and booking readiness are presented in good faith, but parts of the project may evolve before opening. Nothing on the site should be read as a guarantee of immediate availability or a live booking contract unless that is stated clearly at the point of use.

Booking updates

Booking is not live yet. Any booking, pricing, membership, or launch information shown on this site is pre-launch information unless confirmed otherwise.

Contact and email

Contact messages are intended to be handled through the site’s email workflow once the live delivery setup is connected. Sending a message does not create any service contract or guaranteed response time, although the team will aim to respond where appropriate.

Third-party services

The site may link to or embed third-party services such as Google Maps and, when booking opens, Playtomic. Those services run under their own terms and privacy practices, so you should review them directly when using those features.

Intellectual property

The site design, copy, branding, and imagery remain the property of Evolution Padel or the relevant rights holders unless stated otherwise. You may not reuse or republish them commercially without permission.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free. We may update, remove, or refine content as the launch project develops.
